I am a mission-driven healthcare leader committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care for children, teens, and young adults. As Director of Clinical Initiatives at InStride Health, I oversee a large portfolio of strategic initiatives alongside the business-as-usual work that keeps our clinical operations running effectively. In this role, I partner across teams to design and implement scalable systems, build project management frameworks, and ensure resources are aligned to deliver on our clinical, operational, and organizational goals. My focus is on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives so that clinicians can focus on what matters most: patient care. InStride Health was founded with a clear mission: to solve the pediatric mental health crisis. In collaboration with McLean Hospital, we provide comprehensive, insurance-based, evidence-based (CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT) virtual outpatient care for ages 7–22 with moderate to severe anxiety and/or OCD. I’m proud to be part of a team that leads with heart—treating patients and families the way we’d want our own loved ones to be treated.
