About Holly Conner

With 15+ years of experience providing health care, I balance frontline experience with compliance expertise to develop and implement policy and procedure that improve patient care and allow all employees to participate in the advancement of operations. A lifelong learner, I actively listen to enhancement opportunities for advancing patient care and achieving regulatory compliance. Since I was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 2011, I built upon my hospital corpsman experience at Essentia Health and Fresenius Medical Care. I’ve created an atmosphere of employee inclusion to develop teams that implement new program objectives and have progressively advanced through roles of further scope and expectations to provide vision to leadership and stakeholders. My experience includes health care regulatory compliance; developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows; and working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives. I’ve collaborated to shape health care system goals and to create standardized organization-wide policies, procedures, and processes consistent with industry best practices and regulatory requirements for 74 clinics and outpatient locations and 15 hospitals. I take great pride in my work, and it shows through my initiative, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Likewise, I’m an effective communicator who can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while still meeting deadlines.
