About Holly Field

With a strong academic foundation in Criminology, I hold both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees studying in Cambridge, where I spent four years developing a deep understanding of the criminal justice system, policing and the rehabilitation system. My professional experience includes working with vulnerable children and adults across various settings, which has strengthened my communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to adapt to complex, sensitive situations.Beyond my academic and professional life, I’m a dedicated athlete specializing in Triple Jump. I’ve proudly represented Essex and competed at the English Championships, training with my career and studies. I’m passionate about making a positive impact—whether through social support work or athletic discipline—and I’m always open to new opportunities to grow and contribute.
