As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Geriatric Medicine, my passion lies in providing compassionate, person-centered care to older adults and those navigating life’s most delicate transitions. With a strong background in inpatient and outpatient hospice as well as palliative care, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside patients and families during some of their most meaningful moments. My nursing foundation was built in inpatient hospice, where I discovered my calling—offering comfort, dignity, and advocacy for every patient. That experience has shaped my approach as a provider: listening deeply, ensuring quality of life, and creating space for trust, compassion, and understanding. As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, I value the time spent with each patient—getting to know their stories, their needs, and their goals. I strive to be not only their clinician but also their strongest advocate, ensuring their voices are heard and their care reflects their values. My mission is simple: to bring expertise, empathy, and excellence to every interaction—helping patients and families feel supported, respected, and cared for every step of the way.
