About Holly Lash

I am a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) with broad experience across Oncology, Palliative Care, Neurology, and Surgery, and a proven ability to adapt to evolving healthcare needs. I began my nursing career in Oncology, transitioned into Palliative Care, then Neurology, and later Surgery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned to the Neurology floor, which was converted into a COVID unit, where I provided critical, frontline care during one of the most challenging times in healthcare. In addition to bedside nursing, I played a key role in the implementation and training of the EPIC electronic health record system at multiple Trinity Health sites across Michigan and Ohio. This experience allowed me to help streamline workflows, train staff, and support smooth adoption of a system that is vital to modern healthcare delivery. Currently, I serve as a Senior Care Manager at Centene Corporation, where I coordinate care for high-risk Medicaid and Medicare members. I conduct clinical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and connect members to critical resources. I am passionate about patient advocacy, quality improvement, and mentorship—using both my clinical expertise and operational knowledge to enhance care delivery and support healthcare teams.
