I am an experienced technologist who uses my business acumen to deliver strategic initiatives.* As a Program Management Director for a $13 billion dollar privately held, diversified automotive corporation whose principal businesses focus on vehicle distribution and processing, finance, and warranty services, I have been leading a $60+ million dollar business transformation program with a positive ROI of ~$11 million per year for the last 2.5 years.* I have been able to successfully develop and execute a vision, which includes developing and driving a plan that will move the vision from point A to Z, while being flexible to as well as managing change.* I strategically look at where the program needs to go to achieve the desired results while continuously analyzing what could take it off course and applying risk management to mitigate.* To deliver a large venture with a lot of change everyone needs to be marching in the same direction and different stakeholders have different objectives. As the leader of these endeavors I need to be able to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization. Each person needs to feel they are being heard and that their needs are being met. I am able to successfully lead a team, sometimes to places they do not want to go and still get there. I am able to meet the needs of the stakeholders, sometimes a little negotiation is necessary, sometimes a lot, but in the end it comes down to the relationships that I have built with the team, stakeholders and vendors that enable me to achieve the desired results.* I solve problems. I make change happen.* I constantly strive to continuously improve as well as look for new ideas from everywhere. Change is enviable and I have learned to embrace it and move with it. Obstacles are only obstacles if you let them be. If you come at a problem from different angles you can always find a creative solution.
