I am a Licensing and Compliance "Nerd" in a highly regulated industry. I have a proven track record of aligning departmental visions, goals, and objectives with corporate standards, leading high-impact initiatives, and fostering inclusiveness among team members. I am also skilled in developing and managing proprietary systems, national attorney networks, and executive support functions. My B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to drive organizational resilience and performance.
