Built on the foundation that everybody is somebody, we encourage body positivity and aim to bring you the tools to deal with whatever cards you are dealt. We provide you with the supportive network to really make a difference to your full-body health, to challenge yourself week after week and see the growth you are really capable of. Mind Our classes incorporate mindfulness techniques that calm the mind and reduce stress levels. Through the practice of being present and focusing on your breath you will find an inner peace Body Our dynamic classes are designed to challenge your body whether it is your first class or your 100th, regardless of your age, weight, or fitness level we will challenge you to enable progression without pushing you beyond your limits. Soul TRS is a fun place to be, come and make friends, be part of the community, laugh with us and leave feeling happier, confident and energised.
