I’m an experienced Project Manager with a strong record of delivering complex initiatives across the utilities, banking, and pensions sectors. Over the course of my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed stakeholders at all levels, and driven projects from concept through to successful delivery — always with a focus on quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes. My recent work has focused on defined benefit (DB) projects within the pensions industry, where I combine market understanding with structured project governance and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Whether it’s streamlining legacy processes, coordinating system migrations, or delivering regulatory change, I aim to create clarity, foster collaboration, and ensure that projects deliver tangible value to both the business and its customers.I’m passionate about building strong relationships, continuous improvement, and leading teams through complex change with integrity and purpose.
