About Holly Ramey

My name is Holly Ramey and I currently work part time for a women owned and operated Wealth Management firm in Kingston, NY. I am also a yoga and meditation instructor and energy worker. I work with individuals and groups for stress management and teach tools for nervous system regulation to cultivate presence and improve focus. I help to create a protective space for deep work, mental and energetic shifts. After a career in fashion, making custom suits for top level executives in NYC, burnout and the 2008 market crash forced me to pivot my business and I decided to pursue my passion for the healing arts. I used my high end clientele to my advantage and began to teaching yoga to my clients, as well as teaching group classes at law offices, banks, hedge funds and even some fashion companies. I worked as a GM and instructor at all of the former YogaWorks locations before opening my own small space just off of Union Square. Wellness retreats and corporate events are one of my favorite ways to work with clients, and I most recently offered several sessions at the Well Living Retreat at Montage Palmetto Bluff, amongst many amazing healers such as Deepak Chopra, Ashish Pandaya and Dr. John Amaral. I offer my services & classes at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, as well as online in the virtual space.
