Holly Raphaelson joined the City of Sunrise in 2005 and has been in public sector procurement since 2002 when she was hired by Louis Moore, CPPO, FNIGP, Purchasing Director for the City of St. Petersburg. • Holly earned her MBA from the University of Central Florida in 1996 and had been in private sector supply management from 1991 to 2002. • Holly received her lifetime certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) in 2010 and Certified Purchasing and Supply Manager (CPSM) in 2014.
