I help employers succeed with their employee benefits programs through funding strategies, employee engagement, plan and network design, maximizing virtual care, enhancing patient advocacy, and cost containment drivers. Partnering with my clients year-round is essential to me, offering them efficiencies and technology, compliance support, wellness initiatives, regular claims review, and future planning/strategies. I am a results-driven broker who brings obsessively hard work and loyalty to my clients. As a benefits broker for nearly 20 years at Lone Star Benefits, I am proud to be part of such an outstanding benefits team. I live out my passion every day by helping my clients experience daily successes with their benefits programs. I serve a broad client base of employers that range in size and industry across many states. Through the years, I have served hundreds of employers and thousands of employees. My firm represents over 100 insurance carriers and administrators to bring the most competitive plans and rates to the employers we serve. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our five kids on our family farm in Celina, TX. Faith and family are very important to me. I also enjoy serving at our church, running, and cooking.
