About Holly Skinner

I consider myself a driven and motivated business owner with strong empathy and compassion for peoples needs. With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry I've made it my career and passion to help individuals live the life they want through nutrition, lifestyle and movement. A previously competitive olympic weightlifting athlete I understand the dedication it takes to have and achieve goals. I decided to train as a nutritionist, as understanding more about the complexity of the body and it’s performance from the influence of food and lifestyle was something that intrigued me and still does. I enrolled into training with MNU through researching which certification approaches the subject from a scientific, evidence based perspective. The course gave me the skills needed to understand weight management, clinical and specialist populations as well as sports performance nutrition. I am a fully insured Nutritionist. I also attend regular CPD training with established health institutes as well as nutritional seminars to continually expand my knowledge and keep up to date with the latest research.
