In my current role at Vik Complete Care, I lead initiatives in community outreach, public relations, B2C engagement, digital marketing, and event planning—blending strategic insight with an authentic, people-first approach. I thrive on building lasting relationships across business and clinical networks, acting as a natural connector across multiple channels. Beyond my work in healthcare marketing, I serve proudly on the Board of Directors for the Westlake Chamber of Commerce, where I advocate for local business growth and community connection. I am also a dedicated ambassador for the Abigail E. Keller Foundation, supporting initiatives that improve the lives of medically complex children and their families. My professional journey began over 18 years ago as a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician, with hands-on patient care experience in Neonatal Intensive Care (7 years) and Acute and Emergency Care (11 years). This clinical foundation allows me to bring unmatched empathy, understanding, and credibility to my marketing efforts in the healthcare space. Over the past decade, I have also gained valuable experience in front-office operations, including insurance verification, employee benefits, and patient intake processes—making me a well-rounded professional who understands the full spectrum of the patient experience.
