I have worked as a Chemical Health Assessor, a crucial responsibility is assisting in the transition for both men and women from active addiction into to a sober lifestyle. The mission is to provide individuals opportunities for facilitating and challenging the moral, cognitive, ethical and emotional development of clients. My position requires solid interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve while concentrating on what is best for the client involved. I have acquired many skills in these areas and consider it to be a significant piece in providing the best services for clients. My work experiences as a chemical health counselor has provided great opportunities to work with a cross section of individuals and families from various walks of life. A great deal of my experiences is working with women who have chemical dependency, financial, emotional and mental health challenges. Subsequently, creativity and resourcefulness in my work has been essentially an effort to provide positive opportunities to individuals and families in difficult and crisis situations. I have experience with advocacy and working with individuals from diverse racial and economic backgrounds.
