About Honglin Jiang

I’m a Junior Civil Estimator at Ellisdon PME, building hands-on experience in cost estimation for infrastructure projects, including earthworks, underground and roadworks and more. I hold a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of Alberta, with project experience in traffic operations, traffic safety, road planning and some exposure to procurement. I’ve also published a research paper in the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering. At PME, I work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver accurate quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid submissions. My toolkit includes Bluebeam Revu, Bid2Win, and other construction estimating platforms. I’m a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication. I’m a collaborative and eager learner who thrives in both team environments and independent work. I’m also actively seeking opportunities where I can apply my background in transportation engineering and contribute to meaningful civil infrastructure projects.
