About Honor Jude

As Senior Global Talent Manager at Games Global, I work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver talent strategies that drive growth, build capability, and strengthen culture across our global organisation. I’m passionate about developing future-fit talent pipelines, designing meaningful learning experiences, and creating inclusive, high-performing environments. With a background in HR business partnering and leading our global wellbeing strategy, I bring a holistic approach to talent. My role bridges strategy and execution — from workforce planning and performance enablement to talent development and leadership growth. I focus on delivering practical, future-focused solutions that elevate how we attract, grow, and support our people. At the heart of it, it’s about helping great people do great things.
