At Freightways Information Systems, the central technology function within the group, I partnered with multiple business units to deliver initiatives that enabled long-term value. This included delivering over $25 million in ROI through pricing optimisation, introducing a rural charging model generating $4.5 million annually, and migrating 17 APIs from third-party middleware to internal platforms. My role supported the modernisation and resilience of critical systems used across a range of business domains.
