Project Management and Technical Leadership: Strategy, design, planning, permitting and execution of multi-commodity drill programs and generative programs in Mexico, USA and Canada. Third party and internal project evaluations / reviews, business development, and management of joint venture project portfolios. HSEC leadership: Project planning and execution with health and safety of all stakeholders in mind, incorporating the right community and environmental strategies from the start of project. Background in porphyry Cu geology, alteration and structural mapping (surface and underground) in Andean volcanic arc setting and metamorphic terranes with good understanding of system-scale hydrothermal alteration and mineralization, building conceptual exploration models and targets. Multilingual, with working experience in Mexico, USA, Canada, Andean South America and Europe, mainly with porphyry Cu, skarn (Zn-Pb-Ag-Cu) and VMS deposits, as well as epithermal precious (Au-Ag) and base metal (Ag-Zn-Pb-Cu) deposits. Academic background (Ph.D.) with teaching and management skills, a good publication track record, and practical skills and understanding of analytical methods applied to ore deposits: microscopic petrography, fluid inclusion microthermometry, electron microprobe, LA-ICP-MS and stable isotope microanalysis, radioisotopic dating techniques, X-ray diffraction, and others.
