I have been a Registered Nurse since 1997. I have worked in Home Health as a Case Manager, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Manager, Infection Control Manager, and Clinical Manager.I have worked as a CDIS nurse in my local hospital and have held certifications in both ICD 9 and ICD 10. I worked for the same hospital system as a Clinical Integrity Auditor where I reviewed documentation against requirements from third party payers and assisted department managers to develop work plans to reach compliance. I then performed post audit reviews to ensure that compliance was met and maintained.I have worked for AYA Healthcare for the past 3 years as a traveling Home Health nurse/Case Manager while checking off my bucket list. I have completed that list and now wish to go home and resume full time work, preferably remotely. During my time traveling, I have obtained a certification as a Strategic Life Coach Practitioner. I am also in the process of writiing my first book.
