Human resource professional with an extensive career supporting human resource initiatives for two Fortune 500 companies. Experience includes full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, interviewing, human resource planning, report tracking and analysis for turnover, payroll, unemployment, FMLA, STD, LTD, and benefits. I also take pride in my ability to evaluate job descriptions and identify the best candidates for all levels of employment. I am self-driven and goal oriented and have earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. During my last role as a Recruiter, I worked to build a strong candidate database in order to quickly identify candidates for open roles. Also possess experience with many recruiting tools such as Broadbean, Bull Horn, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Career Builder as well as a strong personal network. I use these tools to attract quality talent to fill open positions and work to retain this talent within our organization. I also possess excellent communication skills and have extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software.
