As a Government Analyst II and Project Manager at the Florida Department of Revenue, I lead and manage multiple IT projects that support the agency's mission and goals. I collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive offices, general tax administration, child support, and property tax, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also handle legislative bill analysis and research for IT-centric legislation that affects state agencies, ensuring compliance with the Florida Administrative Code. I have a strong background in business relationship management, team building, contact centers, and risk management, with over seven years of experience in the government administration industry. I am a subject matter expert in Florida Child Support processes and systems, having trained hundreds of team members and improved their performance and output. I currently have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as Anthropology at the University of Florida, after completing an Associate of Arts degree at Tallahassee Community College. I am passionate about applying my analytical and interpersonal skills to solve complex problems and create positive impacts.
