I’m an engineering executive with more than two decades of experience building and leading organizations that deliver complex, regulated product ecosystems from idea through post-market impact. My background spans hands-on development, architecture, program leadership, and executive ownership of global engineering teams across embedded systems, cloud platforms, mobile applications, and clinician-facing systems.I’m deeply interested in how durable systems and durable organizations are built. Over the years, I’ve studied and practiced multiple leadership styles — from directive, “firefighter” modes in crisis, to strategic “chess master” planning, to coaching and developmental approaches. At scale, I operate from servant leadership — not as a soft style, but as a deliberate executive stance. When leaders create clarity, safety, and strong ownership structures, high performance follows. I see leadership as adaptive: the ability to flex styles while maintaining principled direction.Agile development and organizational design are long-standing passions of mine. I’ve led transformations across distributed, cross-functional teams, modernized development operations, and aligned engineering strategy with regulatory and business constraints. My focus is always end-to-end: firmware to cloud, data to insight, idea to release, and ultimately real-world performance.I’m especially motivated by connected health systems where devices, cloud infrastructure, and intelligent software converge to improve outcomes. I believe strong engineering organizations succeed when technology, leadership, and purpose reinforce each other — when execution is predictable, systems are secure and reliable, and teams are trusted to own meaningful problems.
