Actual: New Job About me: Due to my many years of professional experience in the 2D and 3D CAD area, I recieved a large knowledge base regarding 3D- and 2D-CAD programs, working with a wide variety of CAD programs and their interlinking. I was able to develop my skills and learn new CAD programs and techniques, which I eas constantly developing. The component design, the creation of assemblies, the analysis of installation spaces and data quality considerations as well as the simulation of 3D data have always interested and inspired me. Til today I have expanded and used my knowledge in 3D design, wiring harness production and wiring harness development for process development and the automation of processes! My knowledge: Worldwide cooperation in the 3D process development and simulation technology divisions with Japan, USA, England, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Belgium and Germany. Creation and implementation of training courses (CATIA, NX, Team Center, Vismockup and internal simulation software) for employees at worldwide locations as well as the provision of detailed 3D CAD descriptions in the form of a WIKI. Development of data transfer processes from 3D data into the drawing tool as well as interface development supported by self-developed CATIA VB macros and CATIA design quality checks with programming support of the IT department. Development and use of 3D simulation technologies and software to optimize the wiring harness production (production and installation simulation) and drawing creation. Independent project work in the area of ​​3D CAD process development, 3D process analysis and 3D design quality improvements for European vehicle manufacturers (Ford, Daimler, VW, BMW, JLR, Volvo, MAN, Scania, AvtoVaz, PSA, Renault, Fiat, Chrysler, etc.). Project work for the customer Daimler (Mercedes A and B class) in Sindelfingen with the CAD programs NX and Smaragd. Project work for the customers Ford and Jaguar / Landrover (Ford Fiesta, Jaguar E-Pace, Landrover Envogue) in Cologne and England with the CAD programs CATIA and TCE).
