So, I started my first job as a retail sales representative with Speed - Ahmed Hassan company for 2 years. during this time, I communicated with my clients and achieved the target of all quarters with 95% of customer satisfaction.After that, I have been promoted as Key Account Sales Representative to manage key accounts, communicate with them to increase their satisfaction, and negotiate with them to achieve 100% of the monthly target. Also, I helped my team through digital transformation journey to use sales software management tools like ERP systems, CRM tools, and any tool that can help me to track clients, increase satisfaction, and achieve company sales targets.Then, I found an opportunity to enter Saudi Market with National Biscuits Confectionery Co. Ltd. to start a new successful journey with a new team.
