Over 11 years I ran ERP systems at GSK, led IT strategy, and advised on business transformation at PwC. I've sat in the chair of the person being sold to. That changes how you sell. I'm also Six Sigma certified. I don't just rely on relationships. I look for root causes, remove friction, and build processes that actually work. Then I moved into sales. Oracle for 17 years.
