About Houssame Hajji

Experienced Head of Product with a proven track record of scaling SaaS, Fintech, Consumer and Travel products to drive revenue growth and user engagement. As an Ex-Founder, I bring a business-first mindset, combining product strategy, GTM execution, and customer-centric innovation to deliver impactful results- Leadership: Built and grew PM teams from 4 to 14 members and again from 1 to 7 members and led cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making- Growth & Strategy: Scaled products to 7 digits users and 8 digits revenue, launched AI-driven features, and optimized GTM strategies for customer acquisition- Execution: Hands-on experience in Agile, AI/ML, monetization, and user experience to drive retention and LTV. I believe in empowered product teams that fall in love with the problem, not the solution, and obsess over delivering world-class experiences. Let’s connect! Always open to discussing product leadership, scaling teams, and innovation.
