I started my career hands-on, working as a carpenter apprentice and earning my journeyman ticket. With over a decade of onsite experience, I gained a deep understanding of construction processes, problem-solving in real time, and leading crews to deliver high-quality projects. Transitioning from the field to the office, I took on the role of Project Coordinator, where I honed my skills in scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. My passion for efficiency and team leadership led to my promotion to Project Manager, where I now oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a strong foundation in both fieldwork and project management, I bring a well-rounded approach to every build. I thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and driving projects forward while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
