Compliance-focused investigator and dispute resolution professional with over 15 years of federal experience in high-stakes workplace enforcement, internal investigations, and regulatory risk mitigation. I specialize in identifying organizational vulnerabilities, resolving sensitive disputes, and aligning stakeholder interests—all of which I am now applying to the fields of anti-money laundering (AML), financial crime compliance, and regulatory oversight, specifically and primarily in digital currency, real-world digital assets, and blockchain technology. From 2009 to 2014, I served as an EEO Investigator at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where I conducted complex investigations focused on policy-related liability. From 2014 to 2020, I worked as a Federal Mediator, successfully resolving more than 600 private sector employment discrimination cases. Since 2020, I have co-led the Department of Education’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Center, supporting over 4,400 federal employees through conflict resolution strategy, internal consultation, and policy development. I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in organizational inspection, compliance, and dispute resolution. I have earned the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations and am actively training in SQL and pursuing certification in cryptocurrency investigation to expand my capacity in digital asset compliance and blockchain investigations.
