I manage a diverse team of case managers, vocational counselors, direct support professionals, as well as collaborated with a team of clinicians. I am responsible for developing program goals, overseeing programmatic operations (e.g, staffing and finance) and the management of client progress and treatment expectations. I have created policy, and programmatic procedures to improve organizational standards. • Creativity: I work to create innovative solutions to chronic behavioral issues and assist clients in building sustainable lifestyles. To do this, I developed unique systems based on industry best practices to meet program and organizational goals. Knowledge of industry best practices such as trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, the housing first, and the integrated treatment models. • Analytical Thinking: Throughout my career, I frequently analyzed large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations, and using data for process improvement and to meet industry standards. For example, I used data collected with community partners to quantify the process of declaring an end to veteran homelessness in Westchester County. Additionally, I have effectively managed the challenges of a break-even budget to ensure the objectives of the program are being met.
