Over a decade of experience recruiting, training, mentoring and motivating sales teams. Focused on meeting the company's sales goals in the role of managing sales and sales people- Develop a general sales plan for each community, project and building program released to the sales department by executive management- Recruit and select sales personnel needed to staff communities- Educate and train all new home sales personnel to assure product knowledge and sales skills required to meet presentation and closing objectives- Supervise and motivate personnel to keep them at the highest possible performance levels- Lead the salespeople by example by occasionally assisting sales representatives in handling prospects and closing sales- Serve as a sales coordinator with other departments and personnel of the company-Supervise the sales facilities and sales materials neccesary for the operation of each assigned company project- Submit reports as requested by executive management for the evaluation of personnel, sales traffic and sales in process- Maintain challenging and stimulating environments for all the sales personnel.
