About Howard Choe

Brain Trust, Fire Fighter, and One-Stop-Shop. I performed in S&T R&D, and engineering as a complex & difficult problem solver and being an effective technical leader. I have also developed, since early in career, leadership in business capture, proposal development, and program management and execution. I make my best efforts to meet/exceed all stakeholders’ expectations and I have done so. My professional career (~30 years in defense/military sector & ~5 years in commercial/international sector) has benefited from my engineering education (UCLA-BSEE ‘85, UVA-MSEE ‘89, and TAMU-Ph.D. ‘97) along with training in Executive Business Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. I have diverse experience/expertise and exceptional capability in leading and working with people from all levels, domains, and disciplines by performing my best with diligence and integrity, and I sincerely care for the people who work for and with me. Doing so, I win the respect from those who I work with. I have passion for future and in people. I am always ready to learn new and the right thing. I am optimistic and calm in the midst of chaos and ambiguity. I never give up in attaining the goals! I love living a dynamic life with challenges, learning (My Motto:"If I stop learning today, I stop growing tomorrow!") and accomplishing goals; this is true for my professional life as an engineer and also for my personal life as a Christian.
