About Howard Dyal

Howard M. Dyal is a veteran in the mortgage industry with more than 19 years of experience. He began as a Loan Originator specializing in VA, FHA and conventional mortgage programs. In Howard founded Prodigy Home Loans, offering a complete portfolio of mortgage loan options including Conventional, FHA, VA, in addition to Jumbo, lot/land, construction, condominium, refinance loans and more. As president and principal broker for Prodigy Home Loans, Howard manages all aspects of the Jacksonville, Fla-based business and employs a dozen people, all committed to ensuring Prodigy Home Loan’s commitment to Home Loans Made Simple. Howard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nova Southeastern University and is a Licensed Loan Originator. He is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP) and currently serves as the Jacksonville Chapter immediate past-president. Among his industry awards, Howard was named FAMP “Rookie of the Year” and most recently was the recipient of the chapter’s John Rein Award. Howard is a Charter Member and past-president of the San Marco Rotary Club where he earned the “Service Above Self” Award. Howard also is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®. Howard is an active community volunteer through projects with Rotary Club, as well as the Spring Park Elementary “Real Men Read” program, St. Johns River Clean Up and Patrons of the Hearts, which brings children with heart defects from under-developed countries to Wolfson Children’s Hospital for life-saving treatment.
