About Howard Fraser

Howard is a seasoned legal professional with more than 20 years' experience in corporate banking and finance, property finance, infrastructure and resources project finance and leveraged finance. Howard has advised financial institutions, debt funds, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on complex and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Howard also has experience in banking and financial services regulation and inventory finance. His practice includes structuring and negotiating large-scale financings, leveraged finance transaction, and infrastructure bids, as well as navigating distressed asset scenarios. Admitted to practice in both New South Wales and England & Wales, Howard holds an LL.M. from King’s College London and dual degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Banking Law Association and has previously worked in London, bringing a global perspective to his work. Howard is known for his analytical rigour, commercial insight, commitment to excellence and good humour, qualities that make him a trusted advisor to his clients and fun to work with. When not advising clients on complex transactions, Howard enjoys competitive golf and tennis and walking his yellow labrador, Rainbow.
