My career has been in Information Technology, most recently as Asst. Vice President in the Banking Supervision Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, prior to retirement in 2005 to pursue my tea business. My focus was on IT management, focusing on Strategic Planning, and management of groups assigned to IT technical support, systems development, and evaluation of emerging technology for integration into business processes. I was also a past IT instructor for Community College of Philadelphia and more recently an adjunct professor of Information Systems at Drexel University. My goals are to grow Tea Country as a multi-location retail tea establishment, and to be recognized as an expert and educator in the tea industry (I'm currently an instructor for several educational organizations in the Philadelphia area and a lecturer on tea: history, processing, brewing, health,etc.).
