In addition to the companies I have founded, managed and worked for, I have had the opportunity to work for one of the world's largest transportation conglomerates and one of the world's largest food distribution companies. I believe that the key to success in business is employee selection, training and management. You have to select the right person for the job, be willing to train them thoroughly, and not ask them to do anything you are not willing to do yourself. Take care of your employees and with proper management they will take care of your business. I have had the pleasure of hiring and manageing hundreds of people in my career.
