About Howard Robinson

I'm a driven Program/Project Manager and Agile Guru with 10+ years of experience in leading projects and teams of all sizes, delivering value to customers, and driving business goals. I am a certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master and a Certified Advanced ScrumMaster, with strong skills in agile methodologies, communication, and leadership. I have developed and implemented an agile/program management playbook, built and lead more than 25 different teams, consistently lead to increases in team velocity and other KPI metrics, and facilitated executive-level conversations. I have also been a key stakeholder in driving the adoption of Project/Program management software (Jira, Asana, Click Up, etc.), creating and reporting team stats, and leading agile ceremonies and workshops. I am passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and problem-solving, and I am always eager to learn and grow. I am looking for opportunities to help organizations succeed and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
