Howard is an Investment Analyst at In Partnership in Horsham. As such, he is responsible for researching funds for the firm's in-house Discretionary Managed Portfolios. Supporting advisers and liaising with fund managers, Howard is regarded for his accuracy, his technical prowess, and his ability to put people at ease. Originally a Maths graduate from Portsmouth University, Howard joined the firm in 2010 as a Paraplanner. His technical capabilities and empathetic approach with clients quickly marked him out as a client-facing operational specialist. Howard thrives on recommending potential solutions to accommodate adviser requirements. It is then little wonder that he has an aptitude for problem-solving appropriate remedies for the various technical issues that come up in the busy financial planning day. Always keeping a trained eye out for relevant technical developments, Howard ensures those adopted by the firm remain compliant with all policies and guidelines. It also falls to Howard to assess and mitigate any risks associated with introducing any new technical approaches, and to advise senior colleagues as appropriate.
