I’ve spent the last 20 years building, optimizing, and future-proofing commercial real estate portfolios. I believe that great operations are what transform buildings into high-performing business assets. As COO,of a multi-state portfolio spanning 4M sq. ft, I manage a $120M P&L, oversee teams across Finance, HR, IT, and Facilities, and lead everything from CapEx strategy and leasing integration to PropTech innovation and tenant experience. Along the way, I’ve directed 150+ capital projects, raised equity funding, and helped turn underperforming assets into stabilized, high-ROI properties. My approach is part analytical, part relational: I have a history of diving into the data (Yardi, custom BI, financial models) as well as solving problems side-by-side with our teams, tenants, and partners. Whether it's improving NOI, reducing utility spend, or navigating 30 months of crisis without a compliance breach, I’m always focused on creating long-term, sustainable value. I’m a dual-licensed broker (NY + NC), MBA graduate from NYU, and lifelong student of how real estate intersects with innovation, governance, and human behavior.
