About Howard Tutt

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and fleet industry, complemented by 5 years as a commercial electrical apprentice and expertise in HVAC motor controls, I bring a well-rounded skill set and in-depth industry knowledge. Over the past 16 years, I have focused on project planning and implementing new technologies. Additionally, I have collaborated with emergency vehicle manufacturers to ensure the successful remounting and new vehicle builds for one of the top EMS agencies in the nation. My responsibilities also include managing parts supply for one of the most active fleets in Texas, which spans approximately 90 vehicles and accumulates over 2 million miles annually. This includes overseeing vendor agreements, inventory management, requisitions, receiving, and administration of fleet software.
