Mr. Gates has exceptional professional skill and a proven track record as a Program Manager and National Account Manager to national financial and commercial real estate clients. Mr. Gates has expert knowledge of the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) and ASTM E 1527-13 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process. Mr. Gates has particular expertise in Environmental Risk Management and has assisted numerous clients reduce environmental risk associated with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, lending, and commercial real estate foreclosure.
