I’m a people-first, data-driven HR executive with 20+ years of people experience and over a decade influencing and/or leading strategic human capital functions across matrixed organizations ranging from retail to healthcare. I mingle with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, IT, Marketing, Growth, Client Success, and Business Analytics. As Head of HR, I lead the full spectrum of HR, from employee relations, benefits, and compliance to performance, talent acquisition, and leadership development. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, designing people systems that build culture, mitigate risk, and drive performance. I’m passionate about coaching leaders, simplifying complexity, connecting the people to the business, and using both AI and emotional intelligence to elevate how we work and lead. I have had the pleasure of working in Health Advocate Human Resources since 2018 and currently hold the role of Director, HR Business Partnership and expanded my role in 2025 to Director of Benefits & Leaves for our Specialized Services group under Teleperformance. Health Advocate is the original (and BEST) Health Advocacy provider in the nation. Our teams provide Advocacy & Healthcare Navigation, Employee Assistance & Counseling, Clinical Support, and so many more services to members across the United States.
