About Hozefa Muchhala

As the founder and CEO of Ginger Root Code Factory (GRCF), I lead a fintech company that I launched in 2019 with a vision to transform the payments, acceptance, and remittance processing fields using modern digital mediums. With over 30 years of experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) domain, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the financial industry and how to leverage technology to solve them. At GRCF, I lead a team of talented engineers and developers who create state-of-the-art products and services for customers across the globe in the fintech space. We use the best and latest technologies in the industry, such as crypto, mobile banking, and MPOS, to innovate, invent, and produce solutions that are secure, reliable, and scalable. We also focus on powering and building business environments around the payments space and integrating them into small to large business systems, such as ERPs, online systems, financial account systems, or desktop solutions. My role involves designing and presenting technical solutions for clients, overseeing the software engineering process, and ensuring the quality and delivery of the products and services.
