About Hridesh Dodeja

Over the years, I’ve developed a keen interest in the field of marketing. During my Masters, this interest with determination, led me to pursue an opportunity to work as an intern with a marketing firm in Spain for 3 months. This experience helped me hone my skills in offline, as well as online marketing in diverse segments. To further gain knowledge and invest for my experience ahead, I completed a Digital Marketing Certificate Course which helped me strengthen my online marketing skills. My newly sharpened adroitness led to me complete my second internship as a marketing intern in a start-up company which dealt with outsourcing, packaging, and selling premium tea and coffee under their own brand. This experience was vital to me because while working there, I got to experience a company go from its launch state to its maturity state. Furthermore, during this experience I wrote my Master’s thesis in ‘Penetration of TGL Co.(Indian Tea Company) into the Latvian (European) Tea Market’. Upon completion of my Masters Degree, I received a silver medal on the basis of my thesis work. Additionally due to my outstanding academic performance in the first year of my Masters Study Program, I was chosen to take part in the Erasmus Program from the European Union, through which I was awarded a Scholarship.
