Background

About Hrishikesh Ray

I have been privileged to collaborate with ACCESS Development Services, forging sustainable market linkages and guiding the development of CSS-FPCs. My role empowers farmers through effective project coordination, strategic decision-making support, and fostering connections with public sector institutions. I excel in systems development, implementation, and operational planning. My competencies include comprehensive reviews, assessments, and due diligence of institutions, facilitating the execution of various projects and programs, appraising project proposals, farmers/FPC training, and monitoring and evaluating ongoing initiatives. I provide strategic and operational inputs and develop systems and policies for these institutions. I also specialize in market linkage, FPC development, credit linkage to FPCs, aligning with government schemes, business plan preparation, data analysis, and establishing vital connections within the public and private sectors. My efforts span Agri Extension works of FPOs/FPCs across eight blocks in six districts of Assam, and the NECTAR Project. My diverse experience with a funding agency (Mastercard Centre for Inclusive Growth), CEO (SKL Green Farmer Producer Company Ltd.), and implementation (ACCESS Development Services) distinguishes me from my peers.
