Expertise in Project Management Good in estimation & licensing work Knowledge in IS 3043, IS 1255 and ISO 2059 Vendor Management Projects: 1MW Rooftop Solar Proejct, Cochin Airport. 20kW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam 60kW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam 30kW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam 30kW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam 300kW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam 30MW Rooftop Solar Project, Ernakulam Responsible for Installation, Erection and commissioning of various Solar Rooftop Projects. Co-ordinate with material supplier and our Procurement team for on time material delivery. Co-ordinate with client and contractor. Responsible for QA & QC full project cycle. Responsible for preparing Daily reports, Progress report on daily basis Cable route & Cable laying (LT, HT, DC, and CAT-6, Power and control cable). Attend kick of meetings for project start-up & subsequently meeting with client regarding planning and progress review. Handle the all sites daily execution activity with my team and Review the performance of the plant every day & make sure the target is achieved. Weekly and monthly review with HO concern person, to meet expected execution & improvement plan with analysis, keeping regular reports at site. Reporting plant performance which is based on generation, solar radiation, grid availability. Monitoring module cleaning, electrical equipment efficiency, and losses.
