About Hristo Ontsov

Hristo Ontsov is my name. Sofia, Bulgaria is where I call home. In 2010, I received my Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Services from New Bulgarian University. Human Resources is my passion, and I joined Cargill in 2018 as a Human Resources Specialist. Three years later, I was promoted to my current position as HR Operations Lead. In my daily employment, I must always be sensitive to my colleagues' concerns, confident, and never give up until the problem is fixed. I've worked in human resources in a variety of capacities, including recruitment, employee training, incentives, benefits, payroll, and learning and development. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside with my family and friends. I enjoy swimming, football, bicycling, books, traveling with my wife and two children, and discovering new locations across the world. I am at my happiest when I am learning new things and I have the discipline to sit down, apply myself, and learn.
