I’m Hrithik, a Program Cost and Profitability Management professional, currently focusing on driving transformative digitization projects at TATA Motors. My journey has been shaped by a blend of academic achievements, hands-on experience, and a passion for continuous growth. As a Gold Medalist in my M Tech, I've built a strong foundation in engineering and data-driven decision-making. My expertise spans key tools like Power BI, Python, AI/ML, SolidWorks, and ANSYS, all of which have enabled me to contribute effectively to the projects I lead. In my current role, I’m leveraging these skills to elevate cost management practices and drive efficiency through advanced digitization. By applying AI/ML and data analytics tools, I’m helping to redefine how cost and profitability are managed at TATA Motors, bringing tangible results to the organization. My career thus far has been defined by perseverance and the ability to adapt to challenges, whether navigating the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic or developing a Formula Student Car as part of my academic journey. These experiences have strengthened my problem-solving skills, teamwork, and resilience. Looking ahead, I’m excited to further expand my expertise in product strategy and finance, while continuing to contribute to impactful business transformation in the automotive industry.
