As a passionate and skilled Chemical and Process Design Engineer, I bring a strong blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to the field of polymer engineering and technology. My journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from MGM College of Engineering & Technology, followed by an M.Tech in Polymer Engineering and Technology from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Currently, I am working as a Research and Development Executive at Reliance Retail-RCPL Bengaluru. Here, I contribute to the development of innovative FMCG products that cater to the evolving needs of consumers. My role involves research & development of new innovative products for HPC (home & personal care) & other FMCG segments in intellectual property point of view and also collaboration with product teams to understand the customer requirement and tailor the solution according to their needs. I also look into procurement of lab essentials, materials & equipments. During my tenure at Esteem Industries Pvt. Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in plant operations, shutdown and start-up procedures, pump and valve troubleshooting, and handling complex chemical processes such as ethoxylation, propoxylation, and sulphonation. Additionally, I enhanced my expertise through various training programs on HAZOP, KAIZEN, 5S, and emergency response, among others. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I have completed certification in process design engineering enhanced my hands on process control, Aspen Plus, heat exchangers, HTRI software, and distillation techniques, further highlight my dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. My proficiency in reactor operations, MSDS, and analytical techniques further underscores my capability in handling diverse engineering challenges. I am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals, explore new opportunities, and contribute to projects that drive innovation and sustainability in the chemical engineering domain.
