Twenty five years of Aviation experience as a Professional Pilot (A320 Captain/TRI/TRE), Ground and Flight Instructor (FI, IRI), CRM Instructor, CAA Examiner, IOSA Auditor, also holding different airline management positions (Deputy CEO, COO, Director Flight Operations, Quality & Safety Manager, Training Coordinator). Five years experience as a lecturer at the University of Air Traffic (ATO) in Zagreb, Croatia. Performed 100+ industry audits (IOSA, internal, external). Involved in different projects related to Airline restructuring, cost optimizations, start-up, self-handling, fleet optimization and selection, leasing contracts evaluation, regulatory compliance, IOSA preparations, SMS implementation and standardization (SOP). Also delivered different training modules (CRM, Quality, SMS, Auditor, FDM, Management skills, Risk management, Compliance monitoring, Documentation system, regulations). Working with CAAs in the field of regulations and internal procedures development, compliance, rectifying findings, preparation for standardization visits, as a Flight Inspector and conducted number of classroom and OJB training modules.
